We hope everyone is enjoying the last days of summer, the weather is beautiful and we are starting to see some of the leaves changing.

This weekend will be the last time for swimming at WSTC for the season. The pool hours this weekend are 10am to 5pm, to take advantage of the midday sunshine. We are no longer accepting requests for parties and the grills are closed for the season, to prepare them for off-season storage.

On Sunday, 9/15 we will begin to install the pool cover at 4pm and this will take about 90 minutes to complete. There will be a flurry of activity with canopies coming down and deck furniture gathered for storage. 

The courts will remain open for a few more weeks and we look forward to catching you on the courts and around town!

Hawaiian Night July 10th!

This week is Hawaiian Week at Kidzone and a very special evening is planned Wednesday, July 10th when our Annual Hawaiian Night returns!

Join us to cheer on this year's fleet at the Raft Races and competitors in the ever popular Bellyflop Contest! Festive Hawaiian summer attire suggested!

Members are invited to join us for the Spring Spruce-up at WSTC! Join us for this fun annual tradition where you can connect with other members, and help us get the club ready for the season. One person (15+ years) from each member household is invited to sign in on any of the 3 volunteer days to receive credit for the workday. If none of the volunteer days work for you, we equally appreciate the opt out fee to contribute toward club maintenance and operations. Coffee, water and snacks will be provided. Be sure to sign in at the Clubhouse to receive credit for your workday commitment or pay the $200 opt-out fee here:  Spring Cleanup Opt Out Fee As a reminder, Senior Guests are not required to participate. Bring tools and equipment appropriate for the work day including rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, gloves, leaf blowers, power washers, gardening tools and cleaning gear. Additional cleaning materials will be provided at the club. See planned tasks for each week below! We are getting ready for what promises to be another great summer at WSTC and we have some exciting news……. We have a new website and registration platform which promises to provide members with a more seamless user experience. 

We have transitioned to Wild Apricot for our website and program registration as well as for email and newsletter distribution. This platform will also host our online membership directory and club events calendar.  With this new program we will now have family membership bundles where each adult member will have an individual login for registration but there will be one “Bundle Coordinator” per family who will be the responsible billing party. Gone are the days of both members having individual balances!!

All adult members will need to login to Wild Apricot to update their member profile and password as well as complete privacy settings. Please also make sure all children’s profiles are correct, especially birthdates, as our programs are age specific.

For those interested in KidZone, we have set up a “WSTC Test Registration” on the KidZone webpage. Please complete these steps as soon as possible as program registrations will go live on Thursday April 11th at 7:00 pm.
