Private Events

Club members can reserve the picnic pavilion area for private events, including birthday parties, team celebrations, graduations and more!

Reservations include private use of the picnic pavilion covered tables, grille area and an assigned staff member/ guard for 2 hours and up to 25 event guests (number of event guests include members and member guests, adults and children).

Event Guidelines

  • Private event fee $75 to cover the cost of guard/staff support.
  • Requested dates must be confirmed by Executive Director.
  • Events are reserved in order of request date and payment receipt.
  • Date and time availability may be limited during daily programs, special events and holidays.
  • Cancellations can be made up to 7 days ahead with full refund, within 7 days $30 service fee will be charged.
  • Member responsible for guests fees ($5 per guest, caregivers and children under 2 are free).
  • All event participants, including guests must follow Club Rules.
