Club Rules and Hours

CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS

These rules and regulations are for the protection and benefit of all members. They are established to assure the safe and sanitary operation of the Club facilities.

  1. POOL HOURS
    1. OPENING:
      Pool will open Saturday, May 28 at 10 am.
    2. Saturdays and Sunday, 10am-7pm
      Memorial Day, 10am-7pm
      Weekdays starting June 1, 9am-7pm.  Closing time will move toward 8pm by the end of the school year.
    3. DAILY POOL SCHEDULE
      June 22 through August 13: (Except for special events, swim meets, family Bar-B-Q’s, etc.)
      Monday – Friday
       

      9:00 am – 9:30 am Adult Lap Swim
      9:30 am – 10:30 am Swim Team, Swim Lessons
      10:30 am – 11:30 am Swim Team, Swim Lessons
      11:30 am – 12:30 pm Swim Team, Swim Lessons
      12:30 pm – 8:00 pm Open Pool
      5:00 pm – 6:00 pm Make-Up Team Practice

      Sat & Sunday

      10:00 am – 7:00 pm Open Pool
    4. ADULT LAP SWIMMING:
      Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 9:30 am,
      and 1:00 pm to closing (at least 1 lane).
    5. The decision on whether to close the pool during inclement weather will be made by the Club Manager.
    6. State laws mandate that the pool must be cleared for 15 minutes immediately following any audible thunder or visible lightning.
  2. TENNIS HOURS

  3. MEMBER OBLIGATIONS
    1. The cost of any property damage will be charged to the member responsible.
    2. The number of people on the premises at any one time shall not exceed 200, including members, guests and children.
    3. Members must drive SLOWLY and carefully on Glezen Lane, the entrance road and in the parking area.
      SPEED LIMIT ON THE CLUB PREMISES IS 10 MPH.
      No parking, including live parking, is allowed in the circle.
    4. No drugs or alcohol will be sold or consumed on the Club premises.
    5. Members may not park on Glezen Lane or on the entrance road within 100 feet of Glezen Lane.
    6. Members will park diagonally on the right-hand side of the access road and will observe all NO PARKING areas.
    7. No loudspeakers, bullhorns or similar means of projecting sound will be allowed on the premises.
    8. No glass shall be brought into the pool enclosure or locker rooms.
    9. FOOD is allowed in the picnic area ONLY.
    10. No dogs or other animals shall be allowed on the Club premises.
    11. Smoking is not permitted on Club property.
    12. No radios allowed except with headphones.
  4. GUEST REGULATIONS
    1. All members, guests, and babysitters, including children, must sign in daily.
    2. Anyone who is not an active member or a single permanent resident of an active member’s household is considered a guest (see By-Laws Article III, Section 3).
    3. All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.
    4. Guests must be introduced to the Club Manager or lifeguard.
    5. All guests, ages 2 and over, are subject to a guest fee. The fees will be billed to the sponsoring member. The guest fee for adults is $5, the guest fee for children under 15 is $3.
    6. A guest privilege shall consist of the use of the Club facilities. No individual may be a guest more than 12 times during the season. Out-of-town guests staying with the member are subject to guest fees but not to the frequency-of-use restrictions.
    7. Babysitters who are employed by a member and are taking care of the member’s children at the Club are not subject to guest fees or frequency-of-use restrictions.
    8. The conduct of a guest or a babysitter is the direct responsibility of the sponsoring member.
